Beer Hockey: The Drinking Game

Hey all, the guys at Beerbongbros have been kind enough to share with you guys how to play Beer Hockey – a fun yet addictive game for anyone who loves Hockey. Below are the basics and remember to have fun.
Equipment:
- A coin (preferably a Quarter)
- A large enough table
- Beers
- Friends (works best with 4 players)
How to Play – Basics
Everyone must align themselves evenly around the table and have their drink of choice in front of them (preferably a can of beer), then one player must start the coin spinning in the middle of the table (the hold and flick method works best). Your can represents your goal. Whoever spun the Quarter then calls out someone’s name from around the table. The person who got called then needs to shoot the Quarter at anyone’s goal (can). You can protect your can by creating a “rock on” symbol with your hand. If the shooter manages to strike a can, the shooter must spin the Quarter and the person whose can got struck must drink until the Quarter stops spinning. The person who then drunk starts the game again. If the shooter misses the can the person whose can they aimed at starts the game again.
How to Play – Advanced
If a player is drinking after a successful can hit, any player can try and keep the coin spinning, which results in a longer drink time for the drinking player.
When the drinker only has a full gulps left in his/her can they can fist pump (known as pull the ropes). When another player notices, they need to notify everyone else so they can get ready, as the drinker gets a redemption shot at anyone at the table after they finish their beer. If they miss it’s still their turn to spin and call the shooter.
Rebounds are allowed. As long as the coin is still spinning (if or not they hit a can), the coin is still in play – the final can to be hit is the drinker.
Added Information:
If you unsuccessfully fail twice at trying to spin the coin you drink and the coin gets passed to your left
If you knock over a drink accidently you drink.
If you try to cheat or there is a discussion whether the coin hit your can, everyone votes on the final decision.
