Miami Dolphins starting running back Reggie Bush left today’s game against the Jets at the end of the first half. At that point, Bush had tallied 61 yards on 10 carries. Bush, long considered a complimentary piece, had blossomed as the starter after coming over from the Saints last season and has definitely paid dividends this season as a very productive RB2 in fantasy. According to The Bleacher Report, “Bush had a slight limp while moving under his own power, but it was a relief just to see him put weight on his knee, which seems to be what was causing him grief. Bush didn’t just hobble to the sideline. He kept his uneven gait rolling all the way back to the locker room to get a few seconds head start on his teammates.”

A knee injury could prove disastrous for Bush owners. Monitor this situation carefully, and if you haven’t already, be sure to pickup 2nd string Miami RB Daniel Thomas to handcuff Reggie Bush.
